The Hexband improves on the original Ottolock cinch lock, with enhanced resistance to shearing tools and cable cutters, making it a stronger quick-stop bike lock (protecting against opportunity theft) for users with higher security needs. The keyless, resettable combination lock features six stainless steel band layers (versus three in the original Ottolock) while still being wrapped in an internal aramid fiber. Ottolock notes that the Hexband is not unable to be cut, and that it isn’t a replacement for a U-lock. Available in 18-, 30-, and 60-inch lengths. Starting weight is 190 grams.
